At Plastisar, we work with the extrusion of polystyrene, both virgin and regenerated. The polymers we mostly use are PE, PS, and SI.

Our proposal includes sheets and film rolls of various thickness and dimensions, white and coloured, all suitable for thermoforming.

Test & Control

Starting from 2018, at Plastisar, we have been renewing processes, machinery and equipment, to guarantee an increasingly safer, more competitive and high-standard product.

From 2021, our latest generation equipment allows us testing and controlling on various standards:

Bending test
Izod impact strenght test
Charpy V-notch test
Melt flow rate and melt volume rate
Thermoforming test

All the reports of these tests comply with the international norms and standards:
ISO 7500, ISO 5893, ISO 3386, ISO 527, ISO 178 and ASTM d638, ASTM d790.
